How the Lab Works
The HVL Lab is an early-stage experimentation engine. We identify high-potential problems in underserved industries, pair them with domain experts, and run structured sprints to validate demand and technical feasibility. Projects that show strong signal graduate into full venture builds with dedicated teams and studio capital. Projects that do not meet the bar are shelved, keeping our portfolio focused on the opportunities most likely to reach scale.
